Oath and rank payments
Half of every payment is burned. The other half buys gold: Oath payments for everyone, rank payments for the ranked share.
The Reserve’s 20%
12% of all fees pays for the artist, audits and running costs. 8% goes back into liquidity, on a schedule.
Only the royalty is fully outside money. The $KNOX tax is the project taxing its own trading, which is why most of it burns the token instead of buying gold.
A fox earns nothing until it takes the Oath: 33,333 $KNOX, once. Each rank after that costs the same again.
Rank only boosts half
Gold from royalties is split equally between all sworn foxes. A Captain and a Poacher get the same. Rank only raises your share of the gold that comes from trading fees.
It stays with the fox
The Oath and the rank never reset. Buy a Captain and you own a Captain.
More ranks, thinner slices
Every upgrade shrinks everyone else’s ranked share a little. The Ledger shows the live total, so you can do the maths before you pay.
Payout day. No team button and no schedule: it happens when the Hoard is full enough and someone calls it.
Fees pile up
Royalties, Fence fees and the $KNOX tax all land in the Hoard.
Someone calls it
Once there is $2 of gold per sworn bag, anyone can trigger the Run. They keep 0.25% for doing it.
Bags fill
The Hoard buys gold and every sworn fox gets its share, straight into its bag.
Selling a fox? Any gold it is owed is moved into its bag first, so the gold always travels with the fox.

Every fox costs 555,555 $KNOX. To buy one you need the token first.
5% each way
That fee is the Wedge, paid in ETH. It is the same for buying and selling, and it feeds the Hoard.
Starts with 200 foxes
Held back from the mint to give the market something to trade from day one. It also opens with 2% of the $KNOX supply, 11,111,111 $KNOX from the treasury, so it can buy foxes before anyone has bought one.
Holding is free. Taking gold out costs 3% of what is in the bag, paid in $KNOX and burned.
Sealed
Never opened. It still holds everything it has earned. There are fewer of these every month.
Cracked
Opened at least once. The mark is permanent, but the fox keeps its rank and keeps earning.
You can withdraw as often as you like. Every withdrawal pays the 3%. Only the first one changes the fox.
