What this site is

Information about Fox Knox, a collection of foxes that has not launched yet, and a points game called the Foxlist. Nothing described here is live on a blockchain today. The mechanics are a plan, the numbers can still change, and the site will say so when they do.

Nothing here is an offer to sell anything, and nothing here is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Please read the risks.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 18, and allowed to use a site like this under the law where you live. Making sure of that is up to you.

The Foxlist

• Points are a score in a game. They are not money, they cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and they are not a promise of anything.
• We decide how posts and tasks are scored, and we may change the rules, the scores and the board at any time, including for posts already counted.
• Fake engagement is not allowed: bought views, likes or followers, groups of accounts reacting to each other to farm points, automated posting, or running several accounts. We may mark such posts down, remove points, or suspend an account, and we do not have to explain how we spotted it.
• Be decent. No harassment, hate, scams or impersonation in posts made for points.
• We may pause or end the Foxlist whenever we need to.

Your posts and your name

What you post on X stays yours. By taking part you agree that we may show your public X username, picture and score on the board, and may quote or link your public posts about Fox Knox. What we store is set out in the privacy notice.

Our name and artwork

The Fox Knox name, logo, foxes, honoraries and story art belong to the project. Share them, talk about them, post them. Please do not use them to pass something off as Fox Knox, or to sell anything, without asking.

Scams and other sites

The official places are this site and @FoxKnox_RH on X. Nobody from Fox Knox will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key. We link to other sites, such as X, and are not responsible for what happens there.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of mistakes, or that the project will launch in the form described. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
